1About JHA Classes

JHA Classes provides educational support and assessment services, including online tests, test series, practice questions, scores and performance reports. The exact features, validity period, schedule, eligibility and price of each test series will be shown on the relevant listing or communicated at purchase.

2Eligibility and student accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or purchasing a service.
• If you are under 18, you should use the Services with the involvement and permission of your parent or lawful guardian wherever required by law.
• Keep your login details and OTPs confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3Test-series purchases and access

Before purchasing, review the test-series name, class or exam category, included tests, schedule, validity, price and any specific conditions. Access is generally personal to the student account and is not transferable. Access begins after successful payment and account activation, unless the listing states otherwise. A purchase does not include live classes, recorded courses or other features unless they are expressly listed as included.

4Fees, payments and taxes

Prices and applicable taxes will be displayed or communicated before purchase. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment gateway and are subject to its applicable terms. Do not share your UPI PIN, card PIN, password or OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from JHA Classes. Keep your payment confirmation for reference.

5Tests, scores and performance reports

You must attempt tests honestly and follow the instructions shown in the app or test portal. Scores and analytics are based on the answers and activity recorded by the platform and may be subject to correction if a technical or evaluation error is identified. Rankings may depend on the relevant test, cohort, timing and scoring rules. Test results are intended to help students assess preparation; they do not guarantee a particular rank, admission, examination result or career outcome.

6Acceptable use

You must not:

• Share, sell, rent, copy, record, publish or redistribute paid test content, solutions or account access without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with the platform, misuse bugs, scrape data, reverse engineer the app or disrupt other users.
• Use another person’s account, impersonate someone, submit false information or manipulate test results.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, misleading or infringing material, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

7Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, question banks, test papers, explanations, reports, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to JHA Classes and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the included content for your own educational purposes during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership to you.

8Availability and technical issues

We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but maintenance, internet issues, device compatibility, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions. If a technical issue materially prevents you from accessing a purchased test series, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a reasonable extension or consider a refund under our Refund Policy.

9Cancellations and refunds

Purchases, cancellation requests and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy published on our website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

10Communications

We may contact you through the mobile number or email linked to your account for important account, test, payment, security and support updates. Promotional communications, where sent, can be opted out of where applicable. Keep your contact details updated so you do not miss important test information.

11Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, unauthorised sharing, misuse, a security risk, a breach of these Terms or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any refund will be assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

12Disclaimers and limitation

The Services are educational support tools. We do not promise a specific score, rank, selection, admission or examination outcome. To the extent permitted by law, JHA Classes is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability or a user’s reliance on educational content; however, nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.

13Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms for operational, educational, security or legal reasons. Material updates will be published on the website or app with a revised effective date. If a change requires fresh consent under applicable law, we will seek it.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly. Any formal dispute will be handled by the competent courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable law; nothing in this clause takes away a consumer’s statutory rights.
